Every DisaD product is made to order, so we cannot accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or personal preference. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.
We do cover:
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect item received
To request a return, contact us within 30 days of delivery at DisaDshop@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. We can send out the replacement to you for Free or put back on your original payment. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
